This video just made me cry.
Some background: the basic premise of the show is to set up a situation in public in order to gauge the public’s willingness to intervene in heated instances (in this case, a homophobic waitress abusing some customers).
If you give the video a few minutes you’ll see one man do something so beautiful it will astound you.
I know regularly profess my anti-theism but setting aside the whole argument over whether or not he would’ve done the same without God (blah, blah, blah) I still find it to be a monumentally kind and beautiful act. Kudos to him.
Bawling now. There are still beautiful people in this world.
